Re: Changelog
[New PvP Flagging System:]
This is a new system to control player versus player combat within the world. Previous rules on PvP engagement have been removed, all PvP consent will now be self regulated by players through this system(if you have PvP enabled, you are consenting to any PvP until you disable it). Here's some more info on how the system functions:
- Enabled/disabled by the ]PvP command
- Players are unable to be damaged by other players unless they both have ]PvP enabled(this is also the case for player pets/summons)
- There is a cooldown of 10 minutes before toggling PvP back off or on
- Damage dealt or taken by a player in PvP will refresh the 10 minute cooldown
- Player corpses may now only be accessed by friendly players(guild/party members), or when the owner/looter both have PvP enabled
- Cannot be disabled while KO'd/dead
- Some hostile actions require PvP to be enabled by both users(e.g. Stealing)
[Changes to hidden item properties:]
- Hidden properties on clothing/armor/weapons/jewelry can now be toggled on and off
- Single click the item you would like to toggle(while in your backpack) to access the context menu option
[Misc Updates:]
- Orc dexterity offset has been reduced to 1 from 2
- Added confirmation/warning gump when dismissing a player vendor
- Default house decay timer has been extended from 30 days to 60 days
- Pack horses/llamas are now available for purchase at NPC Stablemasters
- Skillets are now available for purchase at NPC Tinkers and Butchers
- Added additional spell scrolls to the starting bags for all caster classes
- Hunger has been removed from regeneration rate calculations
- Removed secondary skill requirements from Woodworking items
- Druid Shillelagh Hit Physical Area property has been swapped for Hit Lightning
- Horse and Ridable Llama minimum taming skill has been reduced to 60 from 75

[New Nation Stone Item:]
The Nation Stone is an item that can be carried in the backpack by high-ranking officials in each city. Double-clicking the stone will open a gump with the following options:
Add Travel Pass - Generates a travel pass which the official may assign to another player. This is used in cases where you would like to pardon a member of a hostile race, allowing them access to open city race-locked gates and prevent being pursued by guards.
Pardons - Allows the official to view all players who have been granted a travel pass, with the option to revoke pardon status.
Mark Criminal - Allows the official to mark a friendly-race player as a criminal. This blocks them from using city race-locked gates and they will be pursued by guards.
Criminals - Allows the official to view all players who have been marked as a criminal, with the option to revoke criminal status.
[Misc Updates:]
- Updated guard AI to incorporate Pardon/Criminal attachments
