To the Esteemed People of Tilverton, the Surrounding Nations and Fellow Guilds:

Let it be known throughout Regisfall that Fort Risencrantz now stands resolute as a bulwark against the perils that prowl the Southlands. Nestled in the southern meadow near Tilverton, next to the giant dead tree, it overlooks the road to the city, offering protection to citizens, travelers, merchants and local farmers.

Just as we did to Kamella, for the time we called it home, we intend to bring progress and prosperity to this region. Risencrantz is more than stone and mortar; it is a bastion of humanity. It will serve not only as a fortress, but also a place of culture, holding classes or presentations in its auditorium, sermons or masses in its temple, experiments and tests in its laboratory.

Standing in neutral ground, Risencrantz is also a place of diplomacy - a trait that is in our very core. With that in mind, we, the Wyrd Cabal, would like to invite YOU to the great inauguration to come. All races, nations and groups are welcome, so long they come under a banner of peace. This is a time of celebration.

On the next Saturday, on the 7th day of this 12th month, from 4pm to 6pm [EST], we invite you for an afternoon of celebration, entertainment and also planning, with the great inauguration of Fort Risencrantz. Here is the schedule for the event:

4pm - Opening / Tour of the Fort
4:30pm - Mounted Race
5:00pm - Banquet
5:30pm - Sermon
6:00pm - Closing

The Mounted Race will be a great competition of riding prowess and reflexes. A race around a set course in the region, with obstacles laid out. The course will be publicly advertised one day prior to the race, but it will not display the location of the obstacles - that will remain a surprise until the race itself. Any mounts are allowed. The winner of the race gets the big prize bag, containing: a vanity ticket, an artifact fragment, a charged power rune, and all the money from the enrollments. If you'd like to enroll to race, send us a letter with your full name, animal's name and species, and any nicknames you'd like the announcer of the race to call your mount [[send a DM to Drowking on discord]]. It costs 300 gold to enroll.

During the banquet, we'll have a moment to discuss any topics that the guests wish to initiate. A good time for us to address any questions about our intentions and plans on the southwest coast. We'll be more than happy to share them with you.

We hope to see you all there on the 7th day to celebrate with us.
