[Changes to Player Vendors:]
Player Vendors have been updated and improved upon in an effort to better support our player-driven economy. The Vendor Owner Gump has seen a graphical overhaul as shown below, along with some new features:

Image

New Feature: Buy Orders:
Buy Orders are a new way for Player Vendors to purchase items from other players. Each Player Vendor can maintain up to 10 active Buy Orders, with each order targeting a specific item type.

For every Buy Order, the vendor’s owner can:
  • Set a price — how much the vendor will pay per item; can be adjusted by the owner at any time
  • Set a limit — the maximum number of that item the vendor will buy
This system is fully integrated into the existing Player Vendor framework and will automatically work with all current vendors.

New Feature: Transaction History:
The Transaction History Gump is a new tool that helps Player Vendor owners monitor all activity involving their vendor. Every time a player buys an item or sells something through a Buy Order, the transaction is automatically recorded in the vendor’s ledger.

Each entry in Transaction History includes:
  • The buyer or seller’s name(at the time of sale)
  • The type of transaction (Sale or Buy Order)
  • The item name or type and quantity involved
  • The amount of gold exchanged
  • The exact date and time of the transaction
A history of up to 100 transactions is recorded, removing the oldest entries as new ones come in. This system does not include any transactions prior to this update.

Additional modifications to Player Vendors:
  • Player Vendors will no longer charge a daily fee for their services
  • Increased Contract of Employment price from 1500 to 2000

[New Custom Spell Function: Channeled Spells]
Channeled spells are a new casting method that will open the door for new possible spells/abilities in the future. Instead of casting and targeting like a standard spell, channeled spells send the target cursor first and an effect is channeled over multiple ticks as the caster channels the spell. Below are some features:
  • Each channeled spell is assigned a number of ticks and a delay between ticks
  • Moving will interrupt a channeled spell at the next tick
  • Mana is consumed by the caster per tick rather than up front
The first Channeled Spell is Mind Flay, a new Zealot ability which replaces Sacred Mount. Zealots will have their Sacred Mount ability automatically swapped out for Mind Flay upon their next login.

[Misc Updates/Fixes:]
  • Added fix for Player Vendors not dismissing
  • Fixed house zone boundaries for Caravan East
  • Removed Aim requirement from Rapid Fire feat
  • New Critters and Mounts are now compatible with Tracking and Animal Lore

[Regisfall Guild System 2.0]
Regisfall's Guild System has been completely overhauled from the ground up. This includes a new menu interface with many new and improved features such as the Guild Leveling System which unlocks Guild-wide bonuses and buffs, a Guild Bank which allows the storage of gold and items, improvements to the Conquest Node system, and much more.

[Some key feature changes:]
  • Fealty has been removed. If a guildmaster resigns, a member of the next highest rank will be selected at random
  • Guilds must now enroll in the Conquest System to take part in the control of nodes. Enrolling in the Conquest System makes your guild appear in the Diplomacy Gump, allowing other Conquest Guilds to declare war or propose an alliance
  • Two Guilds that are at war no longer need PvP toggled on to fight each other
  • War status between guilds is now non-mutual; if only 1 guild has the other declared as an enemy, they are still considered at war
  • Conquest Tokens are now stored as a value on the Guildstone, members no longer get physical tokens. Any existing legacy tokens may be added to the member's respective guildstone by double-clicking them. All remaining legacy tokens will be wiped 1 week following this update

See more details below:

Guild Overview:
Image
  • Guilds now have a Guild icon on the gump header which can be selected by the Guildmaster
  • Guilds now display their age in days on the gump header(beginning from this update; old guildstones did not track time of creation)
  • Guild experience info is tracked in the Overview panel, indicating total Guild exp and the exp required for the next Guild level; Guild member experience gained is added to the Guild at a rate of 15% total player experience gained
  • The Guild "Tax Rate" can be set by the Guildmaster to a value between 0%-20% and will skim any gold looted off creature corpses by Guild members and add it directly to the Guild Bank
  • Added the option for members to toggle their Guild Tag on/off
Roster:
Image
  • Added 2 additional Guild Ranks(now 5 total including Guildmaster)
  • Guild Roster page now lists member's Level and Online Status, noting their last login date if offline
  • Info button will open the Member Info gump for the corresponding Guild member
  • "View Rank Info" will display the Guild's rank structure and which rank is required to perform certain actions
Member Info:
Image
  • The Member Info gump will display the member's Level and Class, Rank and Guild Title
  • The option to send a Party Invite is present for all online members
  • Members can now add personal notes as a string of text(line breaks can be added using the html <br> code); this can be edited by the member, Officers, and the Guildmaster
  • All experience and gold contributed by the member to the Guild is tracked here
  • Button options for promotion/demotion, kick from guild, etc are only visible to ranks who may access them
Conquest:
Image
  • The Conquest page is a new section on the Guild gump based around Conquest Nodes which includes new changes to Guild Alliance/Enemy functions - Guildmasters must now decide whether they wish to enroll their Guild into this system or not. Once enrolled your guild is permanently part of the Conquest System
  • Allied guilds can now aid in the capture or defense of Conquest Nodes and will also be awarded Conquest Tokens for nodes controlled by their allies; both guilds must initially agree to the alliance, if one guild breaks the alliance it is automatically broken for both guilds
  • Enemy guilds can now openly fight each other without PvP enabled; if one Guild declares war on another it is automatically mutual and they are at war, both guilds must rescind their declaration of war to become neutral again
  • The Conquest Node Map indicates all in-game Node locations and their status relative to your Guild(green for own/Allied guilds, blue for netural guilds, red for enemy guilds)
  • Conquest Tokens are now saved to the Guild rather than being distributed to individual players, and can be spent by Guild members who meet the minimum rank set by the Guildmaster -- existing legacy Conquest Tokens may be added to the Guildstone by double-clicking
Guild Bank:
Image
  • The Guild Bank is a completely new feature, allowing the storage of gold and items for guild members
  • The Guildmaster can set a guild-wide Withdraw Period(duration members must wait after withdrawing their gold limit)
  • Withdraw Limits may be set by the Guildmaster for each guild rank
  • The Item Vault allows storage of items through the use of Vault Compartment Slots; each guild begins with 1 slot and may unlock additional slots every 2 levels for a fee
  • Vault Comparments may be re-named and have an access level assigned by guild rank
  • Compartments may hold up to 500 items each and have virtually no weight limit
Boons:
Image
  • The Boons page is another new feature, allowing Officer and Guildmasters to spend Conquest Tokens or gold from the Guild Bank to activate long-duration guild-wide buffs for all guild members
  • All bonuses from guild levels are also listed here
Guild Dye System:
Image
  • The Guild Dye System is another new feature, which is unlocked at guild level 6 and allows all members to dye their equipment(weapons, armor and clothing) to either their guild hue or alt hue(also unlocks at level 6)
  • The Guildmaster can edit the main/alt hues every 30 days and can toggle the fee payment between Member or Guild Bank
  • If the Guild Bank does not have enough gold to pay the fee, the cost will fall back to the Member
  • There is a limit of 3 items dyed per member every 24 hours, this is tracked in the gump
  • Items dyed will automatically revert to their previous hue if equipped by a non-guild member or placed in the pack of a player vendor
Guild Paperdoll Gump
Image
  • The guild paperdoll gump has also been updated, detailing the new guild experience/level info along with some visual improvements
  • There is also an improved paperdoll guild roster(nearly identical to the main roster page), allowing members to access the Member Info Gump from anywhere
