Cold Snap
Sends a nova of frost outward from the Cryomancer, causing high cold damage and a stun/chill effect on any enemies struck.
- Activated by using the ]ColdSnap command
- 30 Second cooldown
- Damage scales with Mage level
- Reveals any hidden enemies struck by the nova
- 6 Tile radius
