[Misc Updates:]
- Fixed bug causing Fireball to consume double mana for Cryomancer
- Fixed issue causing Crafting/Gathering caps to interfere with Dodge skill gain
- Increased Dodge skill gain rate
- Added passive chance for skill gain after a failed Dodge attempt
- Pet Heal potion now has a 50% chance to resurrect a dead bonded pet
- Craft Feats are no longer required to use any of the dye/enamel tubs
- Furious Assault will no longer drain HP from Berserkers

[Various Subclass Adjustments:]

Berserker:
- Added "Rage Barrier" effect to the Berserker Rage feat

Blademaster:
- Slice and Dice now gives the Blademaster a +10% HCI bonus(beyond cap)
- Ki Shot now deals pure damage
- Ki Shot mana cost reduced from 50% of max mana to 40 mana
- Ki Shot now gives the target a -10 DCI% debuff for 20 seconds

Defender:
Challenging Strike has been changed to Challenging Shout

Monk:
Ki Strikes changes:
- Ki Strikes will now deactivate if an object is detected in the hands(1 and 2-handed layers)
- Mana bonus has been reduced from (Mana / 10) to (Mana / 12); now caps at 300 Mana
- 2x Damage bonus vs Base Creatures has been reduced to 1.6x
- Overall damage capped at 60
- Removed on hit system message

Scoundrel:
- All Scoundrels now get the Immobilize Ability
- Backstab now adds a slow effect and also a short stun when used from stealth
- Added +20 base damage when using Armor Ignore

Dirty Tricks changes:
- Throat Chop will now silence targets for 10 seconds, preventing the casting of base spells
- Smoke Bomb will now instantly hide the Scoundrel if they target themselves
- Blind will now cause creatures to flee for 5-10 seconds
- Increased Molotov damage bonus from player level

Kick changes:
- Cooldown reduced to 1 Minute from 2 Minutes
- Kick will now drain targets Mana by 30% of its max value
- Kick will now silence targets for 15 seconds, preventing the casting of base spells

Zealot:
- Divine Might will now last between 120-150 seconds
- Added mana cost for Divine Might (3% of max mana per hit)

[Updates to Housing:]
Added partial update to Housing. This includes updated restrictions on houses, and updated flags on Static House signs for Stalls/Government properties. Read more about the updated housing system on the Wiki

[Misc Updates:]
- Added 7 day character deletion restriction
- Mounts should no longer get pulled through moongates while hitched
- Taxidermy Trophies may now be placed in static houses
- Added new Sign craftable to Woodworking(can be re-named by double clicking while in pack)
- Sand is now significantly easier to harvest and is now stackable
- Increased weight of sand from 1 to 10
- Clerics may now tithe gold at an ankh to remove Sacred Mount death counts; 200 gold per count
- Opening the Tithing Gump will now give Clerics a readout for their ]CallMount cooldown
- Monks will now have all weapon skills/caps set to 0 upon taking the subclass
- Monks may no longer increase weapon skill caps through Skill Research
- Kensai may no longer equip baseranged weapons
- Reduced Lich/Lich Lord/Ancient Lich exp values
- Increased weapon skill values on all "Doom" mobs

[New Tailoring Master Craft for Dwarf:]
Added new Resource Bag for Dwarven Tailors with the Master Craftman feat. This bag can only carry stackable items and has a maximum capacity of 7 items. The total weight of the items inside is reduced by 500.

[Misc Updates:]
- Holy Robe can now be dyed
- Reworked 2 monster abilities in the Burning Depths for potential server crash fixes
- Burning Depths dungeon controller will now display lockout timer in minutes when less than 2 hours
- Red named bosses now have a high chance to resist chill/knockback effects
- Knockback effects are now nullified when target is stunned or frozen in place
- Added range check for ]ArcaneMissiles
- Challenging Shout cooldown reduced to 30 seconds from 60 seconds; effect time reduced by half
- Challenging Shout aggro lock is now restricted to a 12-tile range(creature can be pulled by other combatants beyond that)
- Challenging Shout effect now has a passive chance to be applied on a successful weapon hit(lasts 5 seconds)
- Fixed issue with Mobility Flask ingredients in crafting menu
- Lowered base cooldown on Sacred Mount to 1 hour from 2 hours
- Static House friend/co-owner lists will now clear when sold to another player
- House ownership is no longer shared across an account

[Housing Updates:]
- All houses will now have a 30 day decay timer; guild/government buildings do not decay
- Houses can be refreshed by the owner/co-owners by opening any door while standing inside the boundaries of the house, or by double-clicking the house sign
- Added decay time info to the house gump
- Added "HOUSES" page to the static house gump; displays number of houses owned by character/account
- Added option to abandon a static house

Fixed static house selling/purchasing issues:
- A failed gold delivery to the seller will no longer halt the transfer of ownership
- If gold delivery to the seller fails, a new gold stack for the purchase amount will be force added to the sellers bank
- If backup delivery method fails, a bank check will be added to the sellers backpack for the purchase amount
- No longer possible to buy/sell buildings tagged as a "Government Property"(must be transferred)

[Misc Fixes:]
- Mounted stat bonuses will now properly reset if mount is killed while riding
- Fixed bug causing knockback effects to interfere with creature AI
- Fixed issue with Ki Strikes not counting mana gained from equipment
- Druid robe can now be dyed
- Dungeon keys are now blessed by default

[Misc Updates:]
- Animal Trainer NPC should no longer accept Base Companions or summoned creatures for stabling
- Dragon NPC roar ability has been changed from a "freeze" to a "stun"(will now display debuff icon)
- NPC's utilized for knockback effects should now auto-delete
- Feat reset will now reset Fire/Water Elemental spells
- Removed 3x bonus multiplier from base potion effects(now on default OSI values)
- Refresh potion value increased to 25%
- Greater Heal potion value increased to 40 points
- Judgement damage multiplier reduced by 10%
- Maximum execute damage vs players reduced to 120
- Reworked Ki Strikes damage calculation to include Strength
- Added bonus % to recover ammunition with base ranged weapons when using a quiver; bonus chance is based on player level
- Reduced overall effectiveness of Big Game Hunter; bonus damage is now capped at 50%
- Reduced the chance to take weapon/armor durability damage

- Hunter Stalks His Prey resistance reduction capped at 5% for all red-named bosses
- Intimidating Shout/Battle Stomp should no longer target staff characters

[Update to the Camping skill:]
Camping will now provide players with bonuses to their max carry weight and max item count.
- Max carry weight will increase at a rate of +5 max weight per 1% skill, with an additional +100 when at or above 100% Camping skill
- Max item count will increase at a rate of +1 max items per 10% skill, with an additional +5 max items when at or above 100% Camping skill

Note: This requires an update of the Regisfall.rar package. Changes to the CUO client were required for these Camping modifications.

[Deeded Houses added in-game:]
Several Construction Project plans have been added to in-game loot lists.

[Misc Updates:]
- Player max carry weight bonus from Strength is now capped at 750
- Backpack DefaultMaxWeight increased to 2000 from 1000 to accommodate higher carry weights from Camping
- Pack animal DefaultMaxWeight increased to 2500 from 1600(this is not a retroactive change; only affects newly spawned pack animals)
- Saddle bag DefaultMaxWeight reduced to 1000 from 1600
- Mark of the Wild Camping skill bonus reduced to 20 from 100
- Thick Leather Gloves now have a 50% chance to have their skill bonus set to Lumberjacking when created
- Outlaw's Hood will now be created with +5% to a random weapon skill(was previously Fencing only)
- Camping added to Kaleidoscope and Magic jewelry skill list
- Fixed multiple healing spells/effects which could bypass Mortal Wound
- Restoration Druid Heal/Greater Heal will now apply a standard heal on casts that apply a Restore effect
- Added more flippable itemid's to the Partition Wall
- Added Stone Wall craftable to the Carpentry menu; can be flipped through 4 different stone wall types
- Minimum Mining skill required for Granite has been reduced to 75% from 100%
- Chance to mine Granite increased to 25% from 10%
- Bluudlust should no longer remove Divine Blessing bonuses
- Bluudlust stat buff reduced to (Level x 6) from (Level x 8)
- Added Old Soggy Boots to Fishing; double-click the boots to reveal their contents
- Decreased Fishing animation timer by 4 seconds

[Misc Updates:]
- Dungeon keys should now drop as monster loot again; they will automatically be set as blessed when placed into a players pack
- The ]Pour command will now loop a new target cursor after a successful ]Pour target
- Sea Serpent and Kraken corpses can now be cut away without looting them entirely
- Animal Trainer NPC will now read time remaining for a creature stabled using the "Bond" command
- Cost to stable a creature has been reduced to 35 gold from 50 gold
- Added Raw Chicken Leg to Chicken loot
- Replaced Bacon with Raw Bacon on Butcher sell list
- Creatures may no longer use the Fire Breath ability while frozen
- Added Z and LOS checks for multiple Abilities/Feats which were previously working through floors and walls
- Farming spawners will now be automatically deleted from a Static House zone when house decay occurs
- Fixed bugs associated with Colossal Strike; Feat will no longer perform a push effect and now does a 4 second stun(with a 50% chance to stun any adjacent targets for 2 seconds)
- Kensai Katana bonus has been replaced by a smaller bonus for any Base Sword, now for Blademaster only(bonus is player level / 2, with a cap of +10)

[Changes to Poisoning:]
Conventional Poisoning with weapons will now behave in a pre-AOS manner. While you have active poison charges applied to a weapon, that weapon may now poison enemies in combat through regular melee hits.
- Any Bladed/Piercing type weapon can now be poisoned(this does not include Axes/Polearms)
- Chance to poison an enemy is = Level(capped at 20) / 2 + 5
- Poison charges cannot be stacked on an enemy, although a greater level of poison will overwrite an existing one(Deadly poison would replace any existing Lesser/Regular/Greater poison for example)
- Infectious Strike can still be used to instantly apply a charge of poison
- Players will be notified with an orange system message when their poison charges have reached 0

[Misc Updates:]
- Weapons and Armor which have been renamed will no longer display the material tag before the item name by default
- Baseweapons will now display Poison Charges and Uses Remaining while equipped
