[Misc Updates:]

• Added a 5% sale commission to Player Vendors - this commission is deducted from the seller's profits whenever an item is sold

• Auction house sale fee has been reduced from 5% to 3%

• Allied guilds are now also subject to the 24-hour node reclaim cooldown when an allied guild loses control of a Conquest Node

• Rescinding an active guild alliance now applies a 3-day alliance cooldown to both guilds, preventing either guild from forming a new alliance until the cooldown expires

• Guards will no longer award exp when killed

• Removed Physical and Elemental Resistance skills from guards

• Fixed case where a second Igneos spawner could get generated in the Burning Depths

• Orc Faces have been moved to the hair layer, preventing them from conflicting with other equipment layers such as hoods and helmets - as a result, Orcs can no longer have regular hairstyles

• Male and female Orcs can now get beards through Hairstylist NPCs

• Female Dwarves can now get beards through Hairstylist NPCs
