Government
The Elder King is elected by the Elven people and then it is he or she who promotes four others to a council. The four seats of this council are named:
Minyaheru the Seat of Arms
Ar’curunir the Seat of Magic
Bal’hir the Seat of the Divine
Ban’hir the Seat of Trade.
These four give wisdom and advice to the Elder King in each of their area of expertise.
