Evaluate Intelligence can be used to see how much Mana an opponent has left. It also affects some Magery Spells damage. This skill is a must for aspiring mages.
Usage
Evaluating Intelligence is used actively and passively.
Active Use
Using the Evaluate Intelligence skill on a target will give you a percentage of Mana the target has left. It also estimates their overall Intelligence.
Passive Use
Evaluate Intelligence is most commonly used for it's Magery Spells damage increase. The damage is scaled by the level of Evaluate Intelligence.
The Evaluate Intelligence and Anatomy skills work together to provide a passive defensive wrestling ability. As it is passive, you do not have a chance to actively hit a player but it does provide a mitigation against incoming melee attacks.
Synergy
Players can also take the Inscription skill to add another +10% damage to their spells.
