Arcane Disruptor
- Must be locked down in a house zone and can be activated/deactivated by co-owners and owners of the house
- Will block the use of Magery spells and transportation abilities(Ankhstones and Soul Summon) when players are in the same house zone and within 8 tiles of the Arcane Disruptor
