Some of the players here have come from previous iterations of a very old and well loved shard called Teiravon. As the main page states, we consider Regisfall the spiritual successor to Teiravon. While we encourage the community, and players, to connect and reminisce about their time on Teiravon (and other shards), it is important to keep in mind that we are not Teiravon. Well the source code is derived from Teiravon 2 (AKA T2) there have been thousands of changes to the code. We feature a lot of custom code that Teiravon did not have. Some of our systems while familiar to people who played Teiravon, have been functionally overhauled. The long and the short of it though is that it's a little exhausting when people continually invoke a shard that came out just after the Furby was released. Again, we don't want to discourage people from bonding over their time on previous shards Teiravon or otherwise, but to get the most out of your experience here it's best if you don't make that the focus of your time here.
