1-Whats the purprose of powerunes ? After place arcane essence on them, how can i use it.

2-I readed all classes description and no one can use gate travel, tought, i saw 2 times players using this spell ? How ? Thank you

1: Charged power runes are used in various crafting plans for items.

2: Mages can use moon gate and select 3 runes to open a moongate to a marked location on the map. You have to know the 3 rune code to open a portal to certain spots. the 3 rune code can be found at these locations all over the map on the ground.
