Well Met Brothers and Sisters,

Following a very productive and positive conference of those able to meet last week, we have a working plan in progress to address the issues with The Heart of the Grove and Tilverton's tainted waterways. This plan will be a large undertaking and will require assistance from many different Orders and individuals with a wide variety of skills over an extended period of time to complete. There will be tasks both large and small, and I ask that any with the inclination to give aid do so in whatever capacity they they are able. Just as the Elves are stronger together, our efforts, even small ones, will build upon each other to become the light we seek to bring into our world.

With this in mind, I would like to post the tasks that need doing so that anyone with the inclination to help may do so. Some tasks I’ve set to specific Orders as it falls within their domain, however, if you happen to have the skills, knowledge, or specialties then please feel free to assist regardless of which Order’s Oath you’ve sworn.

Recon

• Assess the Heart of the Grove: Is the Heart of the Grove at this time safe for the animals living within? The water had been tainted, is it still unfit for drinking? The plants were wilting, are the leaves still withering leaving animals without a food source?
  Aelion has volunteered to take the lead. Those wishing to help should report to him directly, or through written word.

• Valiant Shield - Assess Conditions in Tilverton: What dangers are present around the bay or near the mines? Any lingering dangers from the corrupted amulet powers? How badly has the trash and pollution piled up?
  Taanyth has volunteered to take the lead. Those wishing to help should report to her directly, or through written word.

Research

• Illuminated Mind - We ask for any aid you can give to the groups below in their research.

• Astral Enclave - Magic Potion Distribution System - We will be creating a potion that will need to be spread over both Tilverton’s bay and throughout The Heart of the Grove. We need a way to distribute the mixture and are asking you to look into methods our mages could use to accomplish this.

• Radiant Embrace- Purification Ritual - Research rituals for a Purification Ceremony that allows for those with healing abilities to channel it into a larger effort and allows anyone without healing abilities to also participate in prayer to the Valar.
  Cin’ead has volunteered to take the lead. Those wishing to help should report to him directly, or through written word.

• Eternal Sentinel - Warding Ritual for the Heart of the Grove - Research and prepare a ritual so that once the Heart of the Grove is purified we can once again ensure its safety.

• Charcoal - Large Amounts (Grey ash from camp fires)
• Power Crystals (((focus?)))
