First entry,
Three days ago marked a momentous occasion, on this day we succeeded in completing a goal that we have been working on since the forming of our group. Zoma, Hawk, Rudyart, John, and I, Completed a run through the burning depths. Though we had tried many times in the past, with similar numbers,We were always met with failure.
With each failure we tried a different tactic. This time however, John came up with a brilliant strategy. Instead of throwing all our number at the boss at once and me struggling to heal them all or even just the tanks. We instead Rotated three tanks Swapping each in as one was weakened. This made my job as the party healer much easier.
Among the coins and other treasures we retrieved our reward for defeating the final obstacle Was a mythical bag of holding. This one simple item alone, will help us accomplish many things in the future. Especially those things regarding the gathering of resources. No longer must we wrestle with three to five pack animals. I also got a fancy new stick to hit things with.
Though I have never considered my faith in the stranger to waver, this occasion and success has further cemented my resolve. I trust it has had a similar effect on the others. Surely, if the stranger has a will it wishes us to achieve, we are making progress. We each have our own personal goals. We each have our own roles to play. But today all of that came together in a glorious moment of triumph. I am so excited for what the future holds.
