Construction Projects
Construction Projects are craftable Woodworking plans which appear as a crate in-game. Depending on the house type, each project has a unique requirement for various materials and resources which will need to be dropped into the crate. Project crates increase in weight as resources are added and beyond 2000 stone it is unable to be carried. It is recommended to lock your Project down in an accessible location until completed, especially if multiple players are working on the same house. Once all resources have been added, the Project's weight will be reduced to 100 stone, allowing a player to pick it up and claim the deed.
