Added a new system for the Detect Hidden skill, now working off 2 commands: Detect and Reveal

Both commands rely on and will raise your Detect Hidden skill, and can be used independently. Detect allows the player to see a hidden mobile within a given radius, while Reveal will bring that hidden mobile out of hiding.

Some additions to the in-progress death system:

- KO timer will now reset when an unconscious player re-logs(to prevent abuse and also fix a bug during server restart)

- Removed decay on player heads
- Player heads can no longer be destroyed in trash barrels

- Unconscious players that get beheaded are now dead, their ghost is transported to the "Underworld"
- Resurrection is now possible through the resurrection spell cast by Clerics, targeting the dead players head
